I'm already getting spoiled!

Here are the rest of my Christmas presents. Thank you everyone!

Aunt Nikki, Uncle Harris and Max

Grandma and Grandpa Millard

Uncle Scott and Aunt Emily

And me and Daddy's favorite. (It's an autographed picture of Uncle Jim, for those of you who didn't recognize him with hair!)

Don't worry, Peanut wasn't left out.

Ready for Hunting Season!

Hunting season starts about 5 months after I am born and whether I am a boy or girl, I'm not getting left behind! I even have a camo nupie. (I wonder if my playpen will fit in the deer stand?) Thanks Aunt Leslie and Grandma and Grandpa Millard.

I'm so torn!

It's already starting... Nana and Pawpaw Meche and Aunt Nikki and Uncle Harris bought me ULL clothes and Aunt Edana bought me this LSU bib. Mommy thinks red will be my color, but she knows I will look cute in anything I wear (even purple and gold)!

Will I be Lil Gerald or Lil Geraldine?

Ok, Mommy finally figured out how to make a poll for our blog. Now you can cast your vote to see if I am going to be a little boy or a little girl. In about 150 days (hopefully) everyone will find out if they were right. For those who don't get to see Mommy and would like to know how she is "carrying" so they can make their prediction, she is carring everywhere! Her butt and belly are growing at the same pace and out as much as wide.
For a little update on me, I went to the doctor last week, I am doing good. My heartbeat is 155. I was playing hard to get with Dr. Lee, she had to keep moving the mic around and chase me to get my heartbeat. We go back on Jan. 21 for my first picture (sonogram).
We are gearing up for Christmas, Mommy is getting a new camera from Daddy so I'm sure we will have plenty of pics to post. Maybe there will be a few of me and not so many of Peanut.
Oh, and for those of you worried about the title to this post, rest at ease, Mommy has promised me that I won't be named Gerald or Geraldine, sorry Daddy. She has also promised that I won't be named Earl or Earline, even if I am born on Grandpa (Millards) birthday, sorry Grandpa, I know you had your heart set on it.
We hope everyone has a Merry Christmas!

Snow Day!!

What an interesting week. We had a few inches of snow and Mommy got a day off of work! How exciting. We went outside for a few minutes and it was very pretty, but me and Mommy decided it was just as pretty from inside the house. We have put up a few pictures of the house with snow on it. We probably won't see that again for a while.
That same day, Mommy felt me moving. She said I feel like Alka Seltzer, whatever that means. But her and Daddy were pretty excited about it.
I now weigh about as much as a turnip (5 oz) and I am 5 inches long head to bottom. I'll be kicking her soon enough.
Well as you can see, all we needed was Daddy to get Peanut to smile for Mommy.
I have great news to report Cousin Bella was born Wednesday. We can't wait to meet her.
Not much going on, just getting ready for Christmas!

My Big Brother

I just wanted to introduce everyone to my Big Brother Peanut. Me and Mommy have spent most of the afternoon and almost a whole bag of Cheetos trying to get Peanut to sit and smile with his Santa outfit. As you can see, we were not very successful. We will try again when Daddy is here.
Mommy hopes I cooperate better when she dresses me up in crazy costumes for her Christmas cards. With enough Cheetos I just might.
Mommy calls Peanut a beagle, but he weighs 50 pounds and is a lot larger than the average beagle. I don't think Peanut is too anxious to meet me. He has to go get his teeth cleaned and he is getting a gate in the truck so he won't be able to come in the front. He is not very happy. He also likes to sit on Mommy's lap and there won't be enough room for both of us.
I am just starting to get my hearing and Peanut is very loud and likes to bark alot! (Which is better than listening to Mommy sing "Islands in the Steam" in the car!) She read somewhere that it is good for her to sing to me, but I beg to differ.
We made it through Thanksgiving. I think me and Mommy tried everything there was and we could not find anything we didn't like.
We did have one upsetting day. Me, Mommy and Aunt Emily lost in Trivia Pursit (easy version) to Daddy and Uncle Joel. It was very close and Mommy is not completely convinced they didn't cheat.
I found out I am going to have a new Aunt! Uncle Jordan proposed to Kayla. We are so excited! Congratulations you two.
Mommy has started decorating for Christmas. We are finished inside, but she has to con Daddy into putting up lights on the outside of the house.
Daddy shot a doe last Wednesday. Mommy didn't have her camera with her. Hopefully she will have it when he shoots that big buck!
Well that's about all for today, we will post Peanuts picture when (if) we get a good one.
