We're Back

We've made it back. Mom and Dad took a 'mini" vacation for their anniversary. They went to Lake Charles for 2 relaxing sleep filled nights. They took a charter fishing trip and slept the rest of the time. Don't tell anyone, but Mommy said they were sleeping for 9:00 both nights. They are such party animals.

I guess I can't blame them. For two weeks before they left, I decided would wake up around 1-2 am and would not go back to sleep until one of them rubbed my belly or back. Then I would wake up for the day at 4:30-5:30. On the days I would sleep late until 5:30, Eila would wake up at 4:30. Mommy says there was a conspiracy against her. She'll never know!! Since we have been back from vacation, Eila and I have decided to give them a break. We have been sleeping all night and I even slept until 7:30 this morning.

Eila and I had a great time at Nanna and PawPaw's. Eila was a little fussy the first day, but a few laps on the golf cart and she was fine. Thanks to Nanna and PawPaw and Nanny and Uncle Harris for watching us.

Here are a few shots of my parents trying to multi-task. They give me food and then go do other things.

This is my snack, I say "nak" all over the floor, I few seconds before this, I was laying on the floor eating them with no hands! Then I walked across them and crunched them everywhere. Mommy said not to worry, she had just vacuumed 30 min before this...

This "spill proof" cup is for rookies, I can get milk out in 2.2 seconds..

Daddy got "ole faithful" out the attic. Eila seems to enjoy it.

I had to take a spin it for old time sake.

Me and Mommy went meet my buddy Cade at the library for Halloween story time. Mommy said I was officially the worst kid there. (It wasn't that bad!!) I was fine as long as I didn't have to pay attention or get anywhere near the circle where everyone else was. I was very happy as long as I could run down the aisles and touch all the books.

Here is my project from the library. (Well, I wasn't too interested so Mommy did it) You would think she could have done a better job!

Here's some pics Mrs. Ashley sent me. To capture this moment!!

Picking my nose, I found this more entertaining than the story.

I did actually ring the bells. Then I whinned when I had to give them back.

Lots of Pictures

Here's what's going on:

Eila rolled over last week (just once). Mommy was still excited. We tried feeding her with a spoon, it took Mommy ten minutes to settle her down, then we gave her the bottle again. We eventually snuck in the rest as she was eating. We will keep working on this...
I am starting to climb a lot. I can climb in Uncle Gylnn's recliner. And now I enjoy my naps there! Mommy and Daddy are going on "vacation" with out us next week. We have to suffer through three days of continuous attention and golf cart riding at Nanna and Paw Paw's. I hope we will survive! (wink, wink)

Whoa, what the....
Look at all the new teeth... 6 on top and 4 on bottom...

Peanut eyeing my ball... He likes to steal it.

Cutting Mommy's flower beds...

Here I am climbing, I'll reach it eventually.

Not quite ready for the bumbo.. She does good for a few minutes.

Here's Eila in her baptism gown

Eila in the tub, she's a splasher. We took a bath together last week, but Mommy can't post the pics without a little editing first! We did good, we each stayed on our side of the tub!

Eli came visit and I let him ride my horse...

Eila and Anna holding hands, awww Cher!

Me taking a corn bath at Paw Paw's.

Decked out in camo, still playing with the deer corn.

Look what I got!!! Just playing, my Great Uncle J.C killed a hog while squirrel hunting.

Which way to the gun show?? Check out these muscles..

Eila laughing at my muscles..

Eila's Baptism

Thanks Aunt Steph for fussing at Momma, I ask her all the time to update you guys, but it goes in one ear and out the other!

Here is a link to Eila's Baptism pictures. Her godparents are Aunt Leslie and Jordan. As you will see our in "family" portrait, it's not easy to get two kids to cooperate for pictures. Oh well, at least we were good during the ceremony. Afterwards we had a feast at Granny and PawPaw E's. Thanks everyone for all of your help. Everything was delicious and pretty!
