My new thing....

When someone (mainly Eila) goes near any of my toys, I hold them by the shoulders, point in the direction of the toys and say "That is dangerous, you can't have them, they are dangerous".   If she still doesn't listen, I hold out my hand to stop her.  I'm just trying to protect her, I would hate to see her get hurt by the Lightening McQueen cars.

Great Party!

What a Great Party!  I would like to THANK all of my friend for coming to my party.  Me and Eila had an awesome time.  Also, thank you for the great presents!  I played with all of them last night.  We were wore out.  There was lots of bouncing and lots of running!

Happy Birthday to ME!

Boy do I love birthdays!  McDonald's for breakfast, shopping, Los Thomas (or as Mommy calls it, Los Palmas), cake and presents!  Mommy and Daddy gave me new Lightening McQueen bike, boy is it cool.  But I rather the $10 pack of cars Mommy bought me when we went shopping. When she asked if I wanted to ride my bike I told her "not yet", and I still haven't gotten on it yet.  Fortunately, Mommy and Daddy don't get upset, they said I will play with it when I want to.

I also want to give a shout out to Joel, it was his birthday too!

Busy, Busy, Busy

We have been non stop for the last two weeks.  Let me fill you in..

Last weekend, Daddy was home and it was supposed to rain all day Saturday, so we went to inside zoo (Cabelas & Bass Pro).  It would have been a great trip, except, yep, Eila threw up on mommy.   I know, I know, you are all probably tired over hearing vomit stories, well we are kind of tired of living them!  Anyway, Eila took a bite of Mommy's protein bar and it went down the wrong pipe, so Eila started coughing and three seconds later, well you know.  They made it to the bathroom with out causing a scene and got Eila cleaned up.  While me and Daddy were buying them new clothes, Eila broke out in hives.  Not sure why, we think it was the soap.  So a quick trip to the pharmacy (of course Mommy took the benedryl out of the diaper bag that week), and some new clothes we kept trucking.  The rest of the day was great.  We took Nanna out to eat Saturday night and we got to play with Eli! 

Saturday night Daddy slept with us so Mommy could sleep with no monitor or babies waking her up(She slept all the way to 7:30!) .  Sunday we got up, ate breakfast, went shopping at Target and took her to her favorite place, The Pet Store (well, maybe it's ours, but she really wanted to go!).  Sunday afternoon we took Mommy to the baseball game and actually let her watch 2 innings in the stands before we went to the playground.  She said she had the best day!  After the game, we spent the afternoon with Grammy.  She just got back from a long trip and had presents for us!!

This weekend we were also running all weekend!  Daddy's cousin Megan graduated from college, I know we didn't think it would happen either :), so we went to her party Friday night.  It was so much fun! Saturday, my good friend Cade had his birthday party, then we drove to Lafayette for Uncle Harris' birthday party.  phew, we are wore out, but we had a blast!  Today, Daddy said we were going to relax and we didn't even have to get dressed!  We love staying in our PJ's all day!  We will post pics soon.

Happy Mothers Day!

We would like to say HAPPY MOTHERS DAY to all the wonderful mothers out there that spend countless hours (day and night) tending to our every need!  We know it's hard work, but look how great we turned out because of you!! We appreciate all that you do!

We seem to pretty popular tonight, 3 facetimes!  We love seeing our family that lives far away.  I just make funny faces at the phone and laugh the whole time.  Eila, well like everything else, it depends on her mood if she is going to talk or run away...


We are up Daddy's you know what every chance we get now that he is working normal again.

The good part of the last few weeks!

Mommy's friend invited us to go fishing and boat riding, I had to practice in daddy's boat before we left!

We had to stay away while they were working on our roof so mommy took us to the park and bought us ice cream!

 We came home and this was parked in our yard.  I was sooooo excited!  I said "Mommy, Daddy got a new dump truck!!!  Unfortunately once they finished the roof, they took it away :(

Finally!

Mommy decided that since she started getting threatening texts about not updating to blog she would give everyone an update!

It has been a CRAZY few weeks, I'm gonna hit the highlights.

• Got computer screen fixed (not without Mommy chewing out a few folks)  luckily it was under warranty and it was free to fix.
• Mommy left her iphone in the Wal-Mart shopping cart. (and no the good samaratians in the Wal-Mart parking lot did not return it to her).  That mistake was not free, but she has a new phone and has changed all of her passowords.
• We got a new roof!  (after we found a leak) Thanks Farm Bureau, since you helped cover most of the repairs, we can still afford to go to 3K school this year.
• Mommy's AC is acting up in her truck so it is in the shop.  Again, grateful for the extended warranty!
• Good news, Daddy is HOME!!  YAY!! Turnaround is over!!  We missed him so much!
• More bad news, Me, Mommy and Eila are all snotty and cranky!  Thanks allergies!
• A shout out to Paw Paw D, Happy 60th Birthday last week!  Also, Happy Birthday Uncle Harris (last week) BIG 5-0!!
• Congratulations to our cousing Gabby!  She was baptized last week.  Sorry we missed it, but as you can see from above, we just weren't able to go. 

Well that sums it up!  Hopefully Mommy will stop laying on the couch all day watching soaps and update yall more often!  She didn't even take any pics of us on her camera in the last few weeks.  She has a few on her new phone (over 1000 are lost from her old phone) and she says she will try to put a few on the blog.
