Bananas!!

I have I told you lately that I love BANANAS??  Well I do.... I eat 2-3 per day only because that's all Mommy will let me have. 

We had a little stomach virus at the house, Eila started with it Tuesday and is just better today. It appears that I am in the beginning stages today...  Is it a coincidence that we only get sick on the weekends that Daddy works???  At least this one wasn't too bad....

Here are some of our better moment where we actually play with each other..

Mommy said if I smiled she would stop taking pictures of me.... 

 So I did and she lied!!  Just playing she took a few more than stopped..

Vacation!!

We just got back from vacation and we had a blast!  We went to Cypress Bend Resort on Toledo Bend.  We Loved, Loved, Loved the sand and the water.  Mommy said she is water logged.  Eila could have stayed in the pool/lake all day long.                                       

                                     

 Eila never hesitated, went straight to the water and never wanted to get out!  She was even jumping off the side of the pool.  It took me two weeks in swim lessons to do that!

Our hotel was beautiful.  We loved this fountain out front.

                                               
 This was the view from the back of the lobby area.  We don't play golf, but it was fun to find the flags and watch the golf carts ride by.

She loved the phone!  Don't worry we disconnected it (after she called a few people!)

Here was a fountain of a little boy with a hose.  Everytime we passed by it Eila said "he's tee tee'ing"

We cooperated a little bit when Mommy wanted us to take a picture together.

We walked down to see the water.  Unfortunately we had to walk back up.  Unfortunately for Mommy and Daddy they had to add 30 lbs to their load going back up!!

Progress

Sorry we left you hanging...  Tuesday at swim was better.  I whinned a little the first time I had to go in the water, (Mommy was thinking we weren't going back)  but the second time I actually walked down the steps to the teacher and didn't whine at all and I kicked my feet like he asked.  Wednesday I did awesome!!  No crying at all.  We even took of the floaties..  Here'a a video of me jumping in (kind of)!

Since I did so well Mommy took me and Eila to the book store!

Swim Lessons

I wouldn't call the first day a complete success.  Let's just say, I was fine sitting on the side of the pool kicking the water.  I was not very fine when the instructor put me in the water.  We are hoping tomorrow will be better. 
Mommy spent all after noon prepping me for swimming, I was even a little excited before we got there.  Mommy said she was kinda sad that I cried so much and I told her that I will go tee tee on the pot so she will be happy again....  Her guilt trips are not working the way she would like!

Crazy Busy

We have been non-stop for the last few weeks.  Eila had a great birthday.  Her friend Anna was born the same day so we went to her party (mommy told Eila it was for her and everyone was happy!)  We had cake and ice cream for Eila on Sunday and of course presents!  Poor thing hardly got anything!  We had our cousins from Atlanta come in on Tuesday so we have been playing non-stop since they got here.
