School Pics

So Mommy is thinking they should not take school pictures the third day of school.
Please note:  This was the first day I cried when Mommy left me, 10 minutes later they took us to take pictures.  Yes the 3 year olds took pictures at 8 am on the 3rd day of school.

Mommy cried too, but I don't see her flashing pictures of her on the internet to remember it by???? Any way, Mommy thinks it's funny now since I have no problems going to school.  She is a little shocked that I even attempted a smile.  She thinks I am still adorable, which is true...

Famous?

Yep, we made the Advocate! This is where the fame starts!

Our Weekend

Saturday Mommy woke up and checked Pinterst and suddenly she felt the need to organize.  Some how that meant we get rid of a garbage bag full of toys.  One good thing was that we found this wonderful store called "The Dollar Tree".  Mommy had no problem letting us have a toy, she even let us get 2 toys... each!  Later that day we went to the Balloon Festival.  There were sooo many people but we ran around and I got to hit Eila in the head with a balloon for an hour or two!

Here are some cool hot air balloons

We stayed for the "glow"  that night.

We met up with my friend Tyler and ran around even more.

 Eila got $1 butterfly wings

Have you ever met a jersey wearing princess butterfly?? We have!

This week...

Highlights from our week:

Monday we dropped Eila off at Trudy's and headed to school, when we get about 5 miles from school we got stuck in traffic.  It took us an hour to go 5 miles.  Needless to say Mommy was not happy, which is why she was a little testy with a parent at school that wouldn't let her out of her parking spot.  Believe me, it could have been much worse considering the mood she was in....

Then today, at 6:40 as I was getting dressed for school (we leave at 6:45) I realize I need the potty (#2).  At 7:50, Mommy said I had to get up so we could leave.... Yep and the rest of her day followed this same pattern... Needless to say it was interesting telling her boss why she was late!!  Luckily her hours are pretty flexible and they don't mind too much!

Other than that our week was pretty good.  The weather cooled off a bit and we got to play outside a lot more!

I am doing great in school, I am learning to write my letters and I am learning what starts with the letter.  So now I ask Mommy what everything starts with.

Eila is still loving life as a single child.  It's like a vacation for Daddy only having one on his off days... Next month we are focusing on Potty training and getting rid of her nupie... Can I go stay at your house next month??

Blue Bayou!

Mommy and Daddy's work had a family day picnic at the water park here in town and it was awesome!!  Me and Eila were great and we rode everything we could (which is a little shocking since I'm not fond of trying new things).

Here we are on the pirate ship, Mommy couldn't take too many pictures because every once in a while buckets of water would turn over on us!

We loved, loved, loved the wave pool.  Which again was shocking to Mommy!

After we swam for half the day we went to the ride side of the park.  Here is the train we rode on.... All Aboard!  Choo Choo!

Boats that go around in a circle, how fun is that!

We also got to drive a fire truck in a circle

 Airplanes!

A smaller train.

Last but not least, I got to drive a car, BY MY SELF!!

As  you can see I had control of the steering wheel and the gas pedal.....

Everyone's smiling, and no one was hurt!  (notice this one is a differnt color... I had to do it again!)

What an awesome day!!!!!!!

We had such a busy week and weekend... it just flew by!  I had a great week at school.  I teared up one day when Mommy brought me, but nothing major.  I had a yellow dot, 2 orange dots and on Friday I had a red dot....Before you panic, Red dots at my school mean really really good!  I know, don't ask... Yellow is good, orange is better and red is the best color!  I don't remember the bad colors, and Mommy is hoping we never need to!  Saturday we went to Mommy's home town to visit some family.  We had a great time.  We stopped at a little festival that paw paw D was helping out with and got to see a fire truck!  It was a truck that was sent to New York after 911 and was later returned.  It was pretty awesome to go in it.  Saturday night we went to Baby Henley's birthday party.  Now that she is one, I don't know if we can call her baby any more!  We had a great time and helped open her presents....  Today we have another birthday party to go to at the bouncy place, we are pretty pumped about this one too!

Here is one of my many, many projects at school!

The firetruck....

Eila wasn't crazy about the truck, but we found a booth that charged us to pet a puppy... yep, it was for a good cause I guess.   She loved it and of course said "it's sooooo cute!"

Happy Birthday Maw Maw Ritzmann!!

What an awesome Birthday Party!  We were so excited all day to go to this party.. We helped decorate her cake and brought firetruck birthday hats (and yes, me made EVERYONE wear them)!

We did a practice run with the hats at the house.... We couldn't mess this up, you only turn 85 once!!

Maw Maw loved our pictures we made her!

It's almost time to blow out the candles!!

Yes, we were looking at the other people taking pictures!

And here are the other people taking pictures...  There are no words!  :)

We are really good at blowing out candles!

Survived the Storm

Hurricane Issac came to town and we made it through unscathed.  Thank goodness.  We camped out at Aunt Theresa and Uncle Steven's house for two nights.  Thanks for having us... We have a lot of big trees in our yard that we didn't trust.  We had a great time playing with Ree and we didn't want to go home... We didn't lose power at our house and only had a little debris in our yard.  The best part about the storm was that we got to miss work/school for a few days.  Although I am starting to like school, I still like when we have off.  Eila is loving the single life... Her and Truby get to go shopping and go visit people.  She is in heaven!

Here's some pics of us at the ball park last weekend, what an awesome place...

I helped Mommy take pics of the house before we went to Aunt Resa's.

We lost cable so we had so suffer through the storm with only an iPad, iPhone, Mac and DVD's...  It was rough...

We did use old fashion books a few times...

Clean up was AWESOME!!

Isn't there laws against this?  Whatever, we were fighting to see who could push the wheel barrow...

BOOKSTORE!!!  It seemed like we were inside for eternity so a quick trip to the bookstore made us feel normal again.

MawMaw Ritzmann's birthday is Monday so we made her and everyone else pictures with paint and glue!

The dancing queen's.... HOLLA!
