Another Snow Day

We are stuck in the house for two more days because of snow. Best part is no school or work (except for Daddy!)

So much to do last weekend. Two birthday parties and one Couples shower. We missed Logans party but we made it to Joel and Sara's shower and to Tyler's birthday part at the Bowling Ally. It was our first time bowling (besides on the Wii). We loved it! We also had fun at Joel and Sara's shower. We ran around a lot and ate lots of good food. We also helped open lots and lots of presents. It was like a big birthday party!

Last Week

Everyone started feeling better last weekend so we were able to enjoy the nice weather (for a day)

Snow Day and Leg Warmers!

Friday we were snowed in.... well kind of. A little bit of ice in South Louisiana and the whole state goes into panic! Wes was the only one that would brave the cold and touch the "snow" or as most people would call it... ice.

Mommy pulled out the old "leg warmers"! They are supposed to help protect Caleb's little fat legs from getting raw since he's crawling every where now, but it gives Mommy flashbacks to the 80's every time she see's them!

Is it summer yet?

Ugghhh.. another weekend of sick babies!! Friday Eila and Caleb went to the Doctor (we have officially paid for Dr. Woods Mercedes) Eila had an ear infection and has transformed into a nagging cough that keeps the whole house up at night. Caleb had a sinus infection and a mild case of Hand, Foot and Mouth virus.... He really didn't want to sleep much from Wed thru Sat. Sunday night, Mommy and Daddy finally got a little sleep. I've been ok, I was a little under the weather Friday after school, but I bounced back by Saturday morning. Mommy asked if there was a big bubble we could get in until the summer??

On a lighter note, we planned another beach trip with Anna!!! It will be interesting since Caleb and Andrew will be outside of Mommy and Mrs. Ashley's belly's this time...

Grammy is headed to Washington D.C. today. Be safe and stay warm!

New Toys

We are finally getting around to putting together some Caleb's Christmas presents! I don't know who likes them more!

Thursday I got to skip school and go on my first hunting trip with Daddy and Paw Paw E. I had a blast!! I even saw a deer. It was a Mama deer so we couldn't shoot it :(
