Lil Millard

Well I did it! My first blog. Hard to believe a few months ago I had no idea what a blog was!

Here's the report of our little bundle of joy!

I am growing from the size of a blueberry to the size of a kidney bean this week. Mommy wishes they were refer to me as fruit again, the thought of beans these days makes her nauseated.

Mommy has her good days and bad days. Mostly bad days lately but hopefully that will change soon. Somehow, her belly (and butt) are still growing, I guess she's keeping something down.

I will be called Lil Millard until May 22, since Mommy and Daddy probably won't find out what I am early. Aunt Nikki is really mad about this.

It seems I will have lots of friends when I get out. Mommy's cousin Melissa is due a few days before me, and Daddy's best man Mr. Scott and his wife Mrs. Ashley are due four days after me!

I go back to the doctor October 28 so that Mommy and Daddy can hear my heart beat.

I'm going on my first vacation in two weeks, Asheville, NC, I guess Mommy's wine tasting at the Biltimore is out, maybe next time. It should be quite an adventure, Mommy got sick in the car before I came around. Daddy will probably take a lot of deep breaths on that 12 hour journey.

I think if its a girl the name "Earline" would be most appropriate -- as opposed to Geraldline". Can I get an "Amen"! out there??

Well Liz, you are now more computer savvy than I. I still don't fully understand what a blog is, but this is the best thing ever. Now I can keep tabs on you all the way in Arizona. I can't wait until May so we can finally decide between the names Gerald, Jr and Paula. LOL

Liz, congrats on the blog... very cute. I'm not up to that tech savvy stuff yet... but you'll see, once the baby is born, you sort of loose touch will stuff like that until they're older.

Babies are the most wonderful blessings of life. You truly understand the meaning of unconditional love once they are born. You'll never be the same again. Everything will be newer, brighter, and you will have an urge to make the world a better place just for them..
Love you. Britni
